We at EXPERT BUILDING MAINTENANCE feel that Supervision is the most important aspect of our operations, ensuring that our Company succeeds in doing an exemplary job for each and every one of our clients.

Our individual Janitors are trained in the use of all chemicals and equipment and are fully supervised for the first week of hire. After the first week, the Operations Supervisor will visit all locations, at least weekly, to meet with Janitors and check the standard of work performance.

Regularly scheduled inspections of your facility will be made by our management team to ensure consistently high levels of workmanship. Personnel from EXPERT BUILDING MAINTENANCE will meet with your representatives for scheduled quality control evaluations.

Our service department is open 24 hours daily to handle routine or emergency situations.
